YUTELNEWS.com – Seorang bhayangkari di Tanjungpinang menjadi korban dugaan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) pelaku merupakan oknum anggota kepolisian aktif di Polresta Tanjungpinang inisial PAZ.
Korban berinisial TT melaporkan peritiwa itu ke Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) dan Propam Polresta Tanjungpinang pada Minggu (14/1/2024).
Kejadian tersebut terjadi di rumah korban yang berada di Jalan Cendrawasih, Kelurahan Batu IX.
Kuasa Hukum korban, Agung Ramadhan Saputra, S.H mengungkapkan, berawal dari salah kirim chat Whatsapp dari pelaku kepada korban, pelaku bermaksud mengirimkan chat itu kepada wanita lain yang terindikasi hubungan gelap. Namun tidak lama kemudian pelaku menyadari chat itu salah kirim, pelaku langsung menarik chat tersebut. Akan tetapi korban sudah melihat dan langsung melakukan screenshot chat tersebut sebagai bukti indikasi hubungan gelap.
Ketika pelaku pulang ke rumah tempat kediaman bersama, terjadi percekcokan sampai akhirnya pelaku menendang bagian paha korban sebanyak 2 kali, kemudian menyeret dan mencekik korban,” ujar Agung, Rabu (14/1/2024).
Lebih lanjut dikatakan Agung, pelaku beberapa kali mengucapkan ancaman pembunuhan. Ia berharap pihak Polresta Tanjungpinang dapat bersikap netral dan bebas dari upaya intervensi.
“Saya berharap melalui jalur yang berlaku ini, Polresta Tanjungpinang dapat bersikap netral dan bebas dari intervensi serta tetap menjaga transparansi terhadap perkara ini. mengingat hal ini berkenaan dengan citra Kepolisian Republik Indonesia” tutupnya.
Kasi Humas Polresta Tanjungpinang, Ipda Syahrul Damanik saat di konfirmasi mengungkapkan, kasus tersebut saat ini dalam proses pendalaman Propam Polresta Tanjungpinang.
