YUTELNEWS.com | Jelang Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) Tahun 2024, Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Kepulauan Riau (Kepri) melakukan rapat koordinasi dengan Bawaslu dan KPU Provinsi Kepri di Kantor Bawaslu Kepri pada Senin (11/12/2023).
Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam rangka melakukan pencegahan maladministrasi pada penyelenggaraannya.
Membawa tiga isu utama yaitu pengawasan layanan dalam aspek tala kelola layanan penanganan aduan pelanggaran Pemilu Tahun 2024 dan (ASN) pengawasan Netralitas Aparatur Sipil Negara serta tindaklanjut MoU antara Ombudsman RI dengan KPU RI dan Bawaslu RI.
“Sebagaimana diamanatkan, tugas dan fungsi Ombudsman ialah mengawasi pelayanan publik. Jadi disini kami tidak akan masuk pada substansi melainkan memastikan pengelolaan pengaduan berjalan dengan baik, sesuai dengan SOP,” ujar Kepala Perwakilan Ombudsman RI Provinsi Kepri, Dr Lagat Siadari.
Lebih lanjut ia menjelaskan, jika pada periode sebelumnya Ombudsman dalam pengawasan Pemilu hanya ‘wait and see’, namun untuk Pemilu Tahun 2024, Ombudsman diminta untuk turut andil menyukseskan penyelenggaraannya.
“Ada nota dinas disampaikan oleh Ombudsman RI agar kami turut memantau pengawasan terhadap netralitas ASN/TNI/Polri dan sebagainya di Kepri,” jelasnya dihadapan Ketua Bawaslu Provinsi Kepri, Zulhadril Putra dan Ketua KPU Provinsi Kepri, Indrawan Susiolo Probowoadi beserta jajarannya.
Ia mengungkapkan akan melakukan kunjungan ke beberapa Bawaslu Tingkat Kota/ Kabupaten untuk melihat upaya pengawasan netralitas ASN, baik yang aktif maupun pasif.
Kemudian terkait tindaklanjut MoU, Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Kepri meminta narahubung dari seluruh KPU maupun Bawaslu di Provinsi Kepri dalam rangka percepatan penyelesaian laporan.
“Kemungkinan ada laporan masyarakat terkait Pemilu, jadi dengan adanya narahubung ini diharapkan komunikasi antara Ombudsman, KPU dan Bawaslu menjadi lebih efektif, efisien dan mudah,” pungkas Lagat.
Kegiatan pagi itu ditutup dengan penandatanganan komitmen antara Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Kepri, Bawaslu Provinsi Kepri dan KPU Provinsi Kepri.
