Dakwaan dibacakan oleh Oditur sidang Letkol Chk Upen Jaya Supena, S.H, Oditur Pendamping: Letkol Laut (H) I Made Adnyana, S.H, dan Letkol Kum Tavip Heru Marsono,S.H.
Majelis Sidang dipimpin oleh Ketua Hakim Kol Chk Rudy Dwi Prakamto,S.H, Hakim Anggota 1: Letkol Chk Idolohi, S.H. Hakim Anggota 2: Mayor Kum Aulisa Dandel, SH.
H. Sudirman alias Haji Uma anggota DPD RI asal Aceh ikut mengawasi berjalannya sidang.
Menurut Haji Uma, ada kesimpulan lain dalam dakwaan yang dibacakan oleh Auditur yaitu terdakwa juga memukul korban dileher hingga menyebabkan cedera pangkal lidah dan berulang kali memukul kepala korban dengan radio HT
Haji Uma manambahkan sidang akan digelar kembali pada Kamis, 02 November 2023 dengan agenda pemeriksaan saksi sebanyak 5 orang
Saksi-saksi dimaksud yaitu Ibunda Imam Masykur, Penyidik Polda Metro Jaya, Fakhrurrazi (adik korban), saksi Mahkota dan Said Sulaiman selaku Pelapor sepupu korban.
