3 UPT Kanwil Kemenkumham Aceh Raih Penghargaan Pelayanan Publik Berbasis HAM

YUTELNews.com | BANDA ACEH – 3 Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) di Lingkungan Kantor Wilayah Kemenkumham Aceh raih penghargaan Pelayanan Publik Berbasis HAM pada Senin (6/11/2023).

Adapun UPT tersebut meliputi Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Meulaboh, Kantor Imigrasi Kelas III Non TPI Takengon serta Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas II Kutacane.

Penghargaan diserahkan langsung oleh Plh. Kakanwil Kemenkumham Aceh Lilik Sujandi dan para Kepala Divisi di Aula Kantor Wilayah dan dilaksanakan secara serentak di seluruh Kantor Wilayah bersamaan dengan peluncuran PP Nomor 60 Tahun 2023 tentang Strategi Nasional Bisnis dan Hak Asasi Manusia.

Menteri Hukum dan HAM RI, Yasonna L. Laoly dalam sambutan menyampaikan bahwa tata kelola yang baik dalam dunia usaha, tidak lepas dari tanggung jawab untuk menghormati Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM). Karena itu, Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara yang mengadopsi United Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs).

Yasonna juga menjelaskan Stranas BHAM merupakan panduan-panduan yang rill dan lebih detail bagi pemerintah, baik pusat maupun daerah dalam mengarusutamakan Bisnis dan HAM.

‘’Terkini, Saya bersama Dirjen HAM dan tim internal sedang menyusun peraturan turunan dari Perpres Stranas BHAM terkait dengan mekanisme kerja Gugus Tugas Nasional dan Gugus Tugas Daerah BHAM,” tutur Yasonna.

Pada acara yang bekerja sama dengan United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) ini, Menkopolhukam Mahfud MD turut hadir secara langsung untuk mengukuhkan Gugus Tugas Nasional (GTN BHAM). Proses pengukuhan dilakukan dengan penyematan pin secara simbolis oleh Menkopolhukam kepada MenkumHAM selaku ketua GTN BHAM, para pejabat tinggi negara, dan perwakilan APINDO, KADIN, serta HIPMI yang terlibat dalam GTN BHAM.
