YUTELNEWS.com | Tim Surveior Lembaga Penyelenggara Akreditasi Pelayanan Kesehatan Paripurna (LPA-PKP) gelar Survei Akreditasi pada UPTD Puskesmas Hiliweto Gido, bertempat di Jalan Pancasila No. 32 Desa Hiliweto Gido Kecamatan Gido Kabupaten Nias. Kamis, 16 November 2013.
Hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut, Kepala Dinas Kesehatan P2KB Kabupaten Nias, Camat Gido, Kepala UPTD Puskesmas Gido, Unsur Fokopimcam Gido, Ketua TP. PKK Kecamatan Gido, Kepala UPTD Puskesmas Gido, Kepala Desa se-Wilayah Kecamatan Gido, Tim Surveior LPA-PKP, Staf UPTD Puskesmas Gido.
Seperti diketahui, syarat sebuah akreditasi terdiri dari bukti pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui dokementasi dan penelusuran dimana kegiatan tersebut harus tertulis dan dikerjakan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. Untuk itu, diperlukan peningkatan mutu pelayanan dalam memberikan perlindungan kepada masyarakat.
Persiapan akreditasi UPTD Puskesmas Gido dimulai dari Pemenuhan Sarana/Prasarana/Alat Kesehatan, Sumber Daya Manusia, dan Proses Pelayanan sesuai SOP. Selain itu, persiapan dilakukan dengan pengisian Penilaian Mandiri (Self Assesment), Penyusunan Program Peningkatan Mutu, Penetapan dan Pengukuran Indikator Mutu serta Pelaporan Insiden Keselamatan Pasien.
Penilaian Akreditasi ini merupakan wujud komitmen Pemerintah Kabupaten Nias dan Dinas Kesehatan P2KB dalam mendukung kegiatan Reformasi Birokrasi Kementerian Kesehatan Tahun 2021-2024. Yang menjadi prioritas dalam hal ini yaitu transformasi kesehatan khususnya Transformasi Layanan Primer.
Pada kesempatan itu, Bupati Nias dan Wakil Bupati Nias dengan didampingi oleh Asisten Pemerintahan dan Kesra melakukan monitoring atas Survei Akreditasi oleh Tim Surveior Lembaga Penyelenggara Akreditasi Pelayanan Kesehatan Paripurna (LPA-PKP). Dalam hal ini beliau menyempatkan untuk foto bersama dengan Tim Surveior, Kadis Kesehatan dan Kepala UPTD Puskesmas Gido.
