YUTELNEWS.com | Bupati Rokan Hilir Afrizal Sintong, S.IP., Msi, melakukan pengambilan sumpah jabatan dan pelantikan kepada sebanyak lima orang Datuk penghulu di Kecamatan Bangko Pusako, Minggu (3/12/2023) di Lapangan sepak bola KM 18 Balam.
Lima orang Datuk penghulu yang dilantik merupakan hasil Pemilihan Penghulu (Pilpeng) serentak bulan lalu. Adapun kelima penghulu tersebut yaitu, Tugiono sebagai penghulu Bangko Sempurna, Suhardi Bangko Jaya, Awalludin. Bangko lestari, Rudi Hartono Bangko Bakti dan Milhan Datuk penghulu Melayu Besar.
Tampak hadir dalam pelantikan itu, Sekda Rohil Fauzi Erizal, Kepala Dinas PMD Yandra SIp, Ketum GMRB Nalladia Ayu Rokan, Ketua PKK Sanimar Afrizal, Camat dan Datuk penghulu serta BPKep se-Kecamatan Bangko Pusako.
Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Rohil mengucapkan selamat dan tahniah kepada para pejabat penghulu yang dilantik. Bupati yakin, pejabat penghulu terpilih mampu menjalankan amanah dan tanggung jawab yang diberikan sampai selesai masa jabatan yang diberikan.
“Kepada pejabat penghulu yang lama, kami pemerintah daerah juga mengucapkan terimakasih atas pengabdiannya selama ini, semoga apa yang bapak ibu buat selama ini menjadi ladang ibadah dalam bekerja,” ujar Bupati Rohil.
Disamping itu Bupati juga mengingatkan, kepada Pejabat penghulu yang dilantik jangan busung dada karena sudah menang. Dan kepada calon yang kalah, Bupati juga berharap agar tidak berkecil hati.
“Kepada yang menang, mari kita bersama kembali lawan yang maju calon kemarin, kembali bersama sama membangun kampung masing-masing. Bawa mereka kerjasama termasuk dalam pengelolaan ADD dan libatkan mereka dalam mengambil kebijakan,” paparnya.
Selain itu, dalam waktu dekat juga akan memasuki Pemilu serentak 2024 dan Pilkada. Oleh sebab itu, bupati juga mengajak seluruh perangkat desa mulai dari RT RW, kepala dusun untuk sama-sama mensukseskan acara itu.
“Mari kita ajak seluruh masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi, kita tingkatkan partisipasi pemilih dari tahun sebelumnya,” pinta Bupati.
