DPP KAMPUD Desak KPPU RI Usut Tuntas Dugaan Monopoli Proyek SIMRS RSUD Dr Abdul Moeloek

YUTELNEWS.com | Lembaga Dewan Pimpinan Pusat (DPP) Komite Aksi Msyarakat dan Pemuda untuk Demokrasi (KAMPUD) meminta dan mendesak pihak Komisi Pengawasan Persaingan Usaha (KPPU) RI untuk segera meningkatkan status laporan masyarakat terkait dugaan monopoli dan persaingan usaha tidak sehat dalam pelaksanaan proyek sistem informasi manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Dr. Abdul Moeloek dengan total harga perhitungan sendiri senilai Rp. 32.378.176.000,- ke tahap penyidikan, dalam rangka upaya mengusut tuntas atas dugaan monopoli tersebut.

Hal ini disampaikan oleh Seno Aji sebagai Ketua Umum Lembaga DPP KAMPUD melalui keterangan persnya pada Rabu (17/1/2024).

“Kita terus konsisten mengawal tindaklanjut atas laporan dugaan monopoli dan persaingan usaha tidak sehat dalam pengerjaan proyek SIMRS di RSUD Dr Abdul Moeloek yang telah kita daftarkan laporannya secara resmi ke kantor Komisi Pengawasan Persaingan Usaha (KPPU) RI wilayah II, sekira pada Senin tanggal 8 Mei 2023, dan informasi yang berhasil kita himpun terhadap laporan tersebut, pihak KPPU RI telah membentuk satuan tugas (Satgas) guna menindaklanjuti laporan dari DPP KAMPUD, kemudian laporan tersebut telah memasuki tahap penyelidikan”, terang Seno Aji.

Sosok aktivis yang dikenal sederhana ini meminta kepada pihak KPPU RI untuk tidak berlarut-larut dalam menangani laporan dari DPP KAMPUD dan segera menuntaskannya, hal ini demi memenuhi rasa keadilan yang ada di dalam masyarakat dan demi kepastian hukum.

“Kita yakin dengan kapasitas dan integritas tim satuan tugas KPPU RI dalam penanganan dan pengusutan terkait persoalan dugaan monopoli dan persaingan usaha tidak sehat di RSUD Dr. Abdul Moeloek, maka sudah sepatutnya kita mendukung penuh kepada tim Satgas KPPU RI untuk segera meningkatkan status penanganan laporan masyarakat atas dugaan monopoli dan persaingan usaha tidak sehat proyek SIMRS RSUDAM ke tahap penyidikan dan menuntaskannya demi memenuhi rasa keadilan yang ada di dalam masyarakat dan demi kepastian hukum, sehingga penanganan atas laporan ini tidak berlarut-larut”, pungkas Seno Aji.

Sebelumnya, pihak KPPU RI melalui kantor Wilayah II memberikan penjelasan bahwa laporan dari Lembaga DPP KAMPUD masih ditangani pihaknya dan telah memasuki tahap penyelidikan awal.

“Saat ini masih dalam penyelidikan awal perkara laporan”, kata Achmad Fachrurrachman yang bertugas di kantor KPPU RI Wilayah II pada Selasa (16/1/2024).

Untuk diketahui Lembaga DPP KAMPUD selain melaporkan pelaksanaan proyek SIMRS Dr. Abdul Moeloek ke kantor KPPU RI atas dugaan monopoli dan persaingan usaha tidak sehat, DPP KAMPUD juga melayangkan laporan resmi ke Kantor Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Lampung pada 8 Mei 2023, terkait upaya pengusutan dugaan kolusi, korupsi dan nepotisme (KKN) atas pelaksanaan proyek SIMRS Dr. Abdul Moeloek yang menelan anggaran Milyaran rupiah.

Melalui Kepala Seksi Penerangan Hukum (Kasipenkum) Kejati Lampung, Ricky Ramadhan, S.H, M.H menjelaskan bahwa terhadap laporan DPP KAMPUD masih ditindaklanjuti oleh tim Kejati Lampung pada bidang Pidana Khusus.

“Untuk laporan tersebut telah diteruskan ke bidang Pidana khusus (Pidsus)”, urai Kasipenkum Kejati Lampung pada Selasa (3/10/2023).

Kasipenkum Kejati Lampung juga berjanji akan memberikan informasi lanjutan terkait perkembangan penanganan laporan DPP KAMPUD.
