Berdasarkan dari laporan masyarakat atas nama Ardiansyah (34 Tahun) meminta bantuan kepada Personil Piket Jaga Kompi 2 Batalyon B Pelopor untuk membantu temannya yang tak sadarkan diri pada saat bekerja di Kantor Sp. Goto yang bertempat di Desa Aramiyah Kec.Birem Bayeun Kab.Aceh Timur.
Berdasarkan dari laporan tersebut Komandan Kompi 2 Batalyon B Pelopor AKP Muhammad Rizaldi memerintahakan Aipda Nyakdam Kamil Munthe, S.T. selaku Pawas Piket Jaga beserta Personel Piket Jaga untuk langsung melakukan tindakan menolong dan mengantarkan ke RS. Umum Kota Langsa.
Sesampainya di RS. Umum Kota Langsa. Atas nama Bapak Firman Limbong (54 Tahun) dinyatakan sudah meninggal dunia oleh Tim Medis RS. Umum Kota Langsa.
Komandan Kompi 2 Batalyon B Pelopor AKP Muhammad Rizaldi, mengatakan sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi seluruh anggota Polri untuk membantu masyarakat yang membutuhkan pertolongan.
