YUTELNEWS.com | Jakarta, Yutelnews.com – Ketua dan pengurus Serikat Media Siber Indonesia (SMSI) Luak Limopuluah (Payakumbuh/Limapuluh Kota) menghadiri langsung Rapat Kerja Nasional (Rakernas) Serikat Media Siber Indonesia (SMSI) yang digelar di Hall Candi Bentar 6, Putri Duyung, Ancol, Senin (19/2/2024) malam.
Acara Rakernas ini yang bertajuk “SMSI Portal NKRI, Mengembangkan Media Untuk Bangsa” tersebut, dilakukan pembahasan tentang AD-ART organisasi, serta program kerja SMSI kedepan.
Dalam Agenda Rakernas SMSI ini menjadi rangkaian kegiatan dalam peringatan Hari Pers Nasional (HPN) ke-78 di Ancol, Jakarta pada 16 hingga 20 Februari 2024.
Peringatan HPN tahun ini menjadi salah satu hari bersejarah bagi SMSI karena Rakernas SMSI ada dalam rangkaian agenda HPN. Delegasi SMSI tiap daerah menyampaikan pandangan umum dihadapan ratusan pengurus SMSI se tanah air yang menjadi peserta rakernas.
Ketua SMSI Luak Limopuluah Syafri Ario mengatakan Rakernas ini penting untuk diikuti oleh pengurus SMSI, karena yang dibahas di dalamnya menyangkut berbagai hal penting terkait keberlangsungan organisasi ini kedepan, bagaimana bisa tetap solid dan kuat dari tingkat daerah hingga ke pusat.
Ia mengatakan,“Kegiatan dalam Rakernas ini, berbagai pendapat ditampung, dan dibahas untuk bagaimana terus eksisnya SMSI di setiap lini, di daerah ada program kerja, di pusatpun juga ada. Makanya kami dari SMSI Luak Limopuluah dan SMSI Sumbar ikut pada malam ini mengikuti rakernas secara langsung,” terangnya didampingi pengurus Fajar Malem Sitepu dan Widyat B. Artha yang ikut hadir pada acara Rakernas.
Selanjutnya ketua Umum SMSI Firdaus mengatakan, saat ini cukup banyak media siber di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu dengan adanya SMSI bisa membantu juga Dewan Pers dalam melakukan verifikasi administrasi dan faktual media siber guna memerangi berita hoax, “ujarnya.
Firdaus mengucapkan, “Sebagai organisasi yang menjadi naungan bagi kalangan media, tentu tantangan kedepan tidaklah ringan dan mudah, oleh karena itu Rakernas yang digelar dalam momentum HPN ini diharapkan menghasilkan berbagai pemikiran untuk kemajuan industri media siber,” pungkasnya.
Selanjutnya Ketua SMSI Provinsi Sumbar Zulnadi, SH yang hadir dalam Rakernas memberikan apresiasi kepada SMSI Kab/Kota di Sumbar yang bisa hadir di forum Rakernas, seperti SMSI Luak Limopuluah.
Ketua SMSI Sumbar Zulnadi juga menyebutkan,“Dalam Rakernas SMSI tahun 2024 ini cukup banyak delegasi daerah di Sumbar yang hadir, sehingga dapat ikut mewarnai Rakernas dan berkontribusi dalam pemikiran untuk kemajuan SMSI ke depan,” ucap Zulnadi yang didampingi Bendahara Syafruddin All.
