YUTELNEWS.com | Salah satu Anggota Calon Legislatif DPRD Banyuwangi 04/02/24 Dapil 6 ( Genteng , Glenmore, Kalibaru) yang bernisial Zak no urut 3 ini diduga telah melanggar tentang peraturan Kampanye. Dimana yang tertuang dalam peraturan Kampanye yang terdapat larangan dalam penggunaan alat peraga kampanye (APK) tentang aturan pemasangan baliho diatur dalam PKPU 15/2023 .
Diatur dalam Peraturan KPU pelarangan alat peraga kampanye di sejumlah fasilitas diatur dalam Pasal 70 ayat (1) PKPU 15 Tahun 2023 tentang Kampanye.
Dalam aturan itu dijelaskan, sebagai berikut:
Bahan Kampanye Pemilu sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 33 yang dapat ditempel dilarang ditempelkan di tempat umum sebagai berikut:
a. tempat ibadah
b. rumah sakit atau tempat pelayanan kesehatan
c. tempat pendidikan, meliputi gedung dan/atau halaman sekolah dan/atau perguruan tinggi
d. gedung atau fasilitas milik pemerintah
e. jalan-jalan protokol.
Sedangkan dari pihak caleg tersebut sudah terang-terangkan menggunakan Alat Peraga Kampanye (APK) dengan media pohon , bahkan sampai merusak pohon tersebut dengan cara menancapkan paku di pohon tersebut, guna untuk memasang baliho.
Sedangkan hal itu sudah jelas di larang , terlebih merusak pohon .
Bahkan Anggota Calon Legislatif DPRD BANYUWANGI dari partai PKB , memasang baliho yang merusak pohon di sepanjang jalan Kecamatan Genteng , Kabupaten Banyuwangi.
Banyak warga yang mengeluhkan atas perusakan pohon-pohon di karenakan banyak APK yang melanggar aturan , serta warga berharap agar hal ini bisa di tindak lanjuti oleh pihak KPU Banyuwangi.
