YUTELNews.com | Bandung,Jabar — Bupati Bandung Dr HM Dadang Supriatna meresmikan kampus 2 Internasional Women University (IWU), yakni di Soreang, Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat, Kamis, (26/10/23).
Selain Rektor IWU, Assoc Prof, Dr. Hj. Dewi Indriani Jusuf, SE,M.Si., CDMP, acara peresmian itu juga dihadiri Ketua Jabar Bergerak, Artalia Pranata, Delegasi University Of Kentucky, Prof. Michael Robert Reed, Delegasi Albukhary International University, Prof. Yusnidah Ibrahim, P.hD., RFP., Delegasi Dewan Perwakilan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat, Dr. DRA. Ir. Hj. Eni Sumarni, M.Kes. Selain peresmian, dilakukan juga dengan penandatanganan prasasti dan MoU kerjasama yang dilakukan Bupati Bandung dengan Rektor IWU.
Pembangunan kampus 2 IWU sangatlah tepat didirikan di Soreang. Tempat seperti Soreang ini memang tempat yang cocok untuk mencetak intelektual dan ilmuwan muda. Suasananya adem, tidak macet, ” kata Dadang Supriatna, di kampus 2 IWU, Soreang, Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat.
Sementara itu, Rektor IWU, Assoc Prof, Dr. Hj. Dewi Indriani Jusuf, SE,M.Si., CDMP mengatakan, di Soreang kini telah berdiri kampus perguruan tinggi di Indonesia, yakni IWU
Alhamdulillah, kampus baru sekarang sudah berdiri. Ini berkat bantuan semua pihak. mudah-mudahan berdirinya kampus ini dapat bermanfaat, tidak hanya mahasiswa, tetapi juga untuk masyarakat, bangsa, dan negara ini,” kata Hj. Dewi Indriani Jusuf.
Selain itu, IWU juga mengucapkan selamat datang “Mahasiswa Baru Internasional Women University T.A 2023/2024”.
Dengan mengusung tema “Membangun Kreativitas dan Inovasi Mahasiswa yang Berkarakter dengan Perspektif Kolaboratif”, kegiatan Pengenalan Kehidupan Kampus Bagi Mahasiswa Baru (PKKMB) 2023-2024, resmi dimulai.
