YUTELNews.com | Untuk memastikan kegiatan normalisasi terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar, Kepala dinas lingkungan hidup Rohil Suwandi SSos didampingi Kabid Pengelolaan Sampah Limbah B3 dan Kapasitas Iswadi SSos dan Korlap Dlh Rohil Saparudin turun langsung untuk memantau pengerjaan normalisasi Parit Jalan Siak Ujung dan Sekitarnya, Senin (23/10/2023).

Pantauan di lokasi, Selain dilakukan secara Manual oleh Tim satgas Dinas lingkungan hidup Rohil, juga menurunkan Satu Unit Alat berat Excavator untuk melakukan normalisasi pengerukan lumpur yang ada di dalam Parit Jalan Siak Ujung.

Usai memantau kegiatan normalisasi, Kepala Dinas lingkungan hidup Rohil Suwandi SSos menyampaian bahwa Normalisasi tersebut dilakukan ada dibeberapa titik, Yakni , di Jalan Siak Ujung, Jalan madrasah, Jalan Bahagia, Jalan Selamat, Jalan sekip dan jalan Bulan.

“Kami menindaklanjuti kemaren ada salah satu berita yang disampaikan oleh satu media bahwasanya ada terjadi genangan air di jalan Siak, madrasah bahagia dan selamat, jadi setelah kami pantau kelapangan memang ada genangan air di pemukiman warga, dan di jalan, namun ketinggian airnya tidak seperti yang disampaikan. Walaupun demikian, kami tetap menindaklanjuti berita itu dengan menurunkan Tim satgas kita, satgas penanggulangan banjir DLH Rohil jumlahnya hari ini ada 80 orang lebih untuk menangani genangan air yang ada di empat lokasi, yaitu, Jalan Siak, jalan madrasah , bahagia, selamat dan jalan sekip menuju ke jalan sungai pabrik jalan bulan,” Jelas Suwandi.

Lanjut Suwandi, kita juga mengerahkan satu unit alat berat Excavator mini untuk melakukan normalisasi parit yang ada di Jalan siak ini, karena jalan Siak ini genangan airnya cukup tinggi, sehingga dengan upaya yang kami lakukan satu dua hari ini insya Allah mungkin Clark dan genangan air di sini bisa berkurang dan masyarakat yang terdampak banjir bisa melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari.

“Disamping itu juga, tentunya kami tidak bosan bosannya untuk menghimbau kepada masyarakat melalui pemerintah setempat, baik itu lurah Penghulu dan camat untuk dapat mungkin menggalakkan kembali budaya gotong royong ini, jadi masalah banjir, masalah kebersihan lingkungan, itukan bukan hanya tanggung jawab pemerintah saja, tetapi juga perlu peran serta masyarakat, artinya tampa ada kepedulian masyarakat otomatis lingkungan disekitar pemukiman mereka dan masalah masalah lain itu tidak bisa diatasi,” Ucap Suwandi.
