YUTELNEWS.com | Abdya – Wakil Presiden Republik Indonesia Prof. Dr. (H.C.) K.H. Ma’ruf Amin menekankan kepada TNI tidak terkecuali di jajaran Kodam Iskandar Muda agar terus mengoptimalkan lahan tidur guna menyukseskan program nasional ketahanan pangan.
Arahan ini disampaikan Wapres RI pada acara Gerakan Nasional Ketahanan Pangan Tahun 2023 dalam rangka HUT Ke-78 TNI, diikuti virtual oleh Kodim 0110/Abdya di lahan ketahanan pangan jagung, Desa Alue Dama Kecamatan Setia, Rabu (1/11/2023).
Virtual Nasional yang bertajuk ‘Ketahanan Pangan Untuk Indonesia Maju’ ini dihadiri Panglima TNI Laksamana Yudo Margono, Kapolri Jenderal Polisi Listyo Sigit, Menteri Pertanian Andi Arman Sulaiman, dan tiga Kepala Angkatan TNI.
Sementara di lokasi virtual wilayah Abdya, turut hadir Dandim 0110/Abdya Letkol Inf Roqich Hariadi diwakili Pasiter Kapten Azwani, Pj. Bupati Abdya Darmansah diwakili Kadistanpan Abdya drh. Nasruddin, Kapolres AKBP Dhani Cara Nugraha diwakili Kapolsek Tangan-tangan Ipda Asyeri, serta sejumlah para Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan wilayah setempat.
Rangkaian acara virtual Gerakan Nasional Ketahanan Pangan di wilayah ini diakhiri dengan aksi penanaman jagung seluas 3 Ha.
Sebagai informasi, dalam rangka mendukung program nasional ketahanan pangan, Kodim 0110/Abdya bersama sinergi terkait terus memaksimalkan program pertanian salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan lahan tidur menjadi lahan produktif.
Upaya ini terbukti telah berhasil membawa Abdya sebagai salah satu daerah surplus pangan pada tahun 2022 dan berdampak pada peningkatan taraf ekonomi masyarakat.
