Dalam kegiatan tersebut diisi beberapa rangkai acara, pertandingan, kata sambutan, atraksi Nias (Silat dan Maena), Penyerahan hadiah, foto bersama, doa penutup, dan bubar. Selain itu juga dimeriahkan oleh Organ Keyboard music untuk mengiringi pertandingan futsal tersebut.
Diketahui pengurus panitia pelaksana dipimpin oleh Arman Waruwu, S.Pd, Sekretaris Warisman Mendrofa, S.Ak, dan Pembina Dr. Yasman Telaumbanua M.Th. Hal ini ketua BSM CUP sekaligus ketua organisasi FTPNB dipimpin oleh Wawan Zega.
Selanjutnya untuk memeriahkan Kegiatan tersebut, di sponsori oleh beberapa tokoh pemuda Nias dan juga para Caleg Dapil Kota dan tingkat KEPRI diantaranya Sponsor
