Pelaku Pembunuhan Seorang Perempuan yang Mayatnya Dibuang ke Sungai Citarum Bandung Barat, Tertangkap 

YUTELNEWS.com | Polres Cimahi berhasil menangkap pelaku kasus pembunuhan terhadap perempuan berinisial A (18), yang ditemukan tewas mengambang di perairan sungai citarum Desa Pangauban Kecamatan Batujajar Kabupaten Bandung Barat, pada Senin 11 Desember 2023 lalu.

Kapolres Cimahi, AKP Aldi Subartono di dampingi Kasatreskrim Polres Cimahi AKP Dimas Charis Suryo Nugroho di Mapolres Cimahi jalan Jend. Amir Mahmud Kota Cimahi pada Kamis 14 Desember 2023.

AKP Aldi Subartono menjelaskan, bahwa begitu mendapat laporan adanya temuan mayat perempuan di perairan Citarum, personel Polres Cimahi langsung melakukan olah TKP dan pencarian barang bukti.

” Dilokasi TKP tidak menemukan identitas korban, berangkat dari temuan mayat, kami bentuk tim dan melaksanakan penyelidikan untuk mengungkap misteri siapa perempuan ini.

” Dari data sidik jari kami berhasil mengidentifikasi korban, sesuai data dari pihak orang tua atau keluarga yang bisa kami temui,” katanya.

Dari hasil penelusuran telepon genggam milik korban, ditemukan bahwa telepon genggam tersebut sempat digunakan pelaku.

” Kami selidiki, yang bersangkutan paling terakhir bertemu korban, sehingga diduga pelakunya adalah Ilham Asmaul Hasan (IAH). ” ujarnya

Tersangka Ilham Asmaul Hasan (24), di bekuk polisi karena terbukti telah membunuh perempuan berinisial A di Bandung Barat.

Kronologi terjadinya pembunuhan berawal pada hari Jumat 8 Desember 2023 malam, pelaku berkomunikasi dengan korban lewat aplikasi kencan.

Hingga akhirnya korban diantar pakai gojek oleh rekannya ke kontrakan tersangka di Kampung Leuweung Kaleng, Rt 2/5, Desa Katapang, Kecamatan Katapang, Kabupaten Bandung.

Sementara, antara korban dan pelaku tidak saling kenal, pelaku cari sasaran melalui aplikasi dengan dalih cari jasa pijat, setelah kenalan dan sampai di kontrakan pelaku mereka sempat mengobrol.

Tersangka lalu melakukan perbuatan menghilangkan nyawa korban di dalam kamar kos,” katanya.

Besoknya, pelaku sempat pulang ke rumah mertua. ” Pada Sabtu 9 Desember 2023 malam, pelaku balik ke kosan dan bungkus mayat korban pakai selimut lalu dibawa menggunakan motor ke kawasan sungai Citarum, Kampung Dara Ulin, Desa Nanjung, Kecamatan Margaasih, Kabupaten Bandung hingga jenazah korban ditemukan pada Senin, 11 Desember 2023,” tuturnya.

Menurutnya, motif pembunuhan yang dilakukan pelaku karena ingin mengambil HP milik korban.

” Motifnya karena ingin memiliki harta benda korban dalam bentuk HP karena pelaku terlilit utang,” ujarnya.

Modus pelaku menghilangkan nyawa korban yaitu tersangka mengikat pada leher korban menggunakan potongan sprei dan celana dalam.

” Korban langsung meregang nyawa beberapa menit setelah diikat,” ucapnya.

Selain itu, ada dugaan korban dicekoki racun tikus sebelum dijerat di bagian leher.

” Pelaku membubuhkan racun tikus pada minuman teh yang diberikan ke korban. Soal penyebab utamanya apakah dari jeratan atau dari racun masih kita tunggu hasil dari autopsi,” katanya.

Atas perbuatannya, pelaku dijerat dengan Pasal 340 subsider Pasal 339 lebih subsider Pasal 338 Jo Pasal 365 Ayat 3 KUHPidana.

” Ancaman hukuman 20 tahun penjara dan maksimal semur hidup. Karena sudah ada niat pelaku melakukan pembunuhan terhadap korban,” pungkasnya. (Jum’at 15/12/23)
