Korban sendiri sebelumnya di hari Minggu tanggal 8 Oktober 2023 menjadi korban tindakan main hakim sendiri oleh massa di Desa Rajekwesi, Kecamatan Mayong saat diamankan warga, karena diduga menjadi pelaku tindak pencurian alat pertukangan seusai menonton orkes di Desa Somosari, Kecamatan Batealit.
Akibat adanya peristiwa itu, pihak keluarga korban menunjuk T. Mangaratua Simbolon, SH., MH., CTA., CPCLE., CCA., CPM., Advokat dari M&S Law Office and Partners menjadi kuasa hukumnya.
Lalu melaporkan ke Satreskrim Polres Jepara untuk memperoleh Surat Tanda Terima Laporan Polisi ( STTLP ) Nomor : STTLP/B/112/X/2023/SPKT/POLRES JEPARA/POLDA JAWA TENGAH, Sabtu malam tanggal 14 Oktober 2023. Keluarga korban menuntut agar jenazah korban MA dilakukan tindakan autopsi.
“Karena autopsi oleh dokter ahli forensik terhadap jenazah MA, sangat penting. Guna mengungkapkan sebab akibat kematian korban yang diduga karena suatu dugaan tindak pidana pengeroyokan dan/atau penganiayaan. Dan, terbitnya Visum et Repertum jenazah korban MA ini adalah sebuah tindakan Pro Justicia atau Demi Keadilan,” ujar Bang Bolon sapaan akrab T. Mangaratua Simbolon kepada awak media, Senin (23/10) saat ditemui di lokasi autopsi.
Kemudian pada hari ini, Senin (23/10/2023) sejak pukul 09.00 nampak ramai gabungan personel Polres Jepara dibantu warga desa melakukan bongkar makam korban berinisial MA di Makam Islam Mbah Kasah, Desa Banjaran, Kecamatan Bangsri, Kabupaten Jepara.
Tim Polres Jepara yang dipimpin oleh AKP Ahmad Masdar Tohari dan beberapa anggota Satreskrim Polres Jepara serta personel Provost dan Dalmas, Unit Identifikasi Inafis Sat Reskrim Polres Jepara melaksanakan bongkar makam korban MA tersebut dengan dibantu oleh Tim yang berasal dari Bid Dokkes Polda Jawa Tengah yang dipimpin Kombes. Pol. Dr. dr. Sumy Hastry Purwanti, DFM, Sp.F., Kabid Dokkes Polda Jateng.
Hal tersebut dilakukan tim gabungan Polres Jepara dan Polda Jateng untuk melakukan autopsi, dimana kegiatan autopsi tersebut telah mendapat persetujuan oleh keluarga dari korban.
Proses autopsi sendiri nampak di saksikan oleh Taryanto, Petinggi dan perangkat desa Banjaran, Bhabinkamtibmas, Babinsa, keluarga korban, Tomas dan Toga Desa Banjaran.
Dan nampak masyarakat desa memenuhi lokasi pemakaman untuk langsung melihat dari jauh proses ekshumasi dan autopsi yang selesai sekira pukul 12.00 siang.
