Amsakar Achmad Hadiri Penutupan Turnamen Domino ‘Rajawali Cup 2’

YUTELNEWS.com | Perhelatan turnamen domino yang bertajuk “Rajawali Cup 2” yang diselenggarakan di RM Jalak Lenteng, Batu Besar, Nongsa, Kota Batam, secara resmi ditutup, pada Selasa (28/11/2023) malam.

Turnamen domino yang digelar untuk menyambut tahun baru 2024 ini sukses menarik animo dari masyarakat Kota Batam.

Amsakar Achmad, Wakil Wali Kota Batam, yang hadir dalam acara puncak “Rajawali Cup 2” tersebut, mengapresiasi atas terselenggaranya kompetisi tersebut.

“Dengan rutinnya kompetisi domino ini membuat stigma negatif dari permainan ini semakin berkurang. Terlebih, domino ini sekarang sudah dipertandingkan di tingkat nasional. Atas hal itu, saya atas nama pribadi dan atas nama pemerintah kota Batam mengapresiasi turnamen domino Rajawali Cup 2 ini,” ucap Amsakar.

Ia juga berharap, dengan intensnya pertandingan domino yang diselenggarakan oleh masyarakat di Kota Batam, dapat menghasilkan atlet yang dapat berkiprah di tingkat nasional.

“Semoga atlet-atlet di bidang olah raga domino ini terus bermunculan. Sehingga bisa berkompetisi di jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Semoga kompetisi serupa dapat terus kontinyu diselenggarakan,” harap Amsakar.

Pada kesempatan ini, Amsakar juga berpesan kepada para pemenang, untuk jangan berhenti hanya menjadi juara, tapi harus menjadi yang terbaik.

“Menjadi yang terbaik itu artinya kita mampu untuk meraih atau mengambil nilai dan hikmah dari setiap keadaan, itu yang terpenting. Karena kompetisi itu sebagai salah satu wadah untuk menentukan bagaimana langkah kita selanjutnya sehingga bisa mempertahankan untuk selalu menjadi yang terbaik,” ujarnya.
