Sebelum dimulainya acara puncak kehadiran Inul Daratista diatas Pentas, tampak seluruh lapisan masyarakat penggemar Inul sudah membanjiri area pertunjukkan, diperkirakan 2000 an orang lebih memadati arena pertunjukan.
Sekitar jam 22.00 wib tampak Inul dengan pengawalan ketat dari Hotel Lion menuju Pentas yang sudah menjadi lautan manusia menunggu sosok Inul menggoyang Rohil.
Inul dengan goyang khasnya benar benar memukau penonton seluruh masyarakat Bagansiapiapi sekitarnya yang hadir untuk menyaksikannya.
Masyarakat memang sangat ingin dapat menyaksikan penampilan Inul Daratista secara langsung, .karena masyarakat selama ini Menyaksikan Inul hanya melalui Televisi dan Medsos serta Mrdia Elektronik lainnya.
Bupati Afrizal Sintong. beserta Ibu Sanimar Afrizal tampak ikut memeriahkan acara Hiburan Rakyat dengan bergoyang diatas pentas bersama Inul.
Selain Bupati Afrizal Sintong beserta Ibu tampak juga Sekda Rohil Fauzi Efrizal, Kadis PUTR Rohil Asnar tidak ketinggalan ikut bergoyang memeriahkan suasana malam Hiburan Rakyat itu.
