Pelaksanaan Rapat Evaluasi Program Kerja dan Anggaran Korem 044/Gapo TA. 2023, merupakan sarana untuk mengevaluasi seluruh pelaksanaan Program Kerja dan Anggaran TA. 2023 serta menemukan solusi terhadap kendala dan permasalahan yang muncul, dengan harapan sebagai perbaikan pada pelaksanaan Program Kerja dan Anggaran yang akan datang.
Danrem mengatakan, “Untuk mengetahui secara mendalam tentang capaian pelaksanaan, hal – hal menonjol serta kendala yang terjadi pada TA. 2023, maka pada kesempatan ini para Kasi Korem 044/Gapo akan memaparkan evaluasi pelaksanaan Program Kerja dan Anggaran TA. 2023 dan Rencana Penarikan Dana TA. 2024”.
“Saya berharap para peserta rapat dapat menyimak hal – hal yang akan disampaikan, tanyakan jika ada hal – hal yang kurang jelas dan berikan masukan tentang kendala atau permasalahan yang perlu diselesaikan oleh kita bersama” lanjutnya, “Jadikan forum ini sebagai wadah komunikasi dan koordinasi demi perbaikan pelaksanaan program kerja dan anggaran tahun depan”.
“Semoga setelah kegiatan ini kita akan mampu melaksanakan tugas dengan lebih efektif, efesien dan optimal sesuai tata cara dan ketentuan yang berlaku serta sekaligus mampu untuk melaksanakan antisipasi jika ada permasalahan yang timbul di lapangan” kata Danrem.
Danrem juga menekankan, setelah kegiatan rapat evaluasi ini, para Dansat jajaran Korem 044/Gapo untuk melaksanakan koordinasi dengan pejabat Staf Korem 044/Gapo sehingga seluruh Program Kerja dan Anggaran TA. 2023 dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dan tertib administrasi”.
