Bahwa Surat Pembacaan Dakwaan telah dikeluarkan oleh Kejaksaan Negeri Batam pada Jumat (10/11/2023).
Korban “S” yang tinggal di Batam Center merasa tidak puas dengan Surat pembacaan Dakwaan yang diterima dengan Nomor Reg. perkara : PDM – 331 Eoh.2 / Batam 10 / 2023.
Adapun nama – nama ke -3 terdakwa menurut surat dakwaan Kejaksaan Negeri Batam ;
1. ASA, laki – laki (53), Alias Richard Alias Ibadan, berasal dari Nigeria
2. RW, laki – laki (23), berasal dari Indonesia
3. NW, laki – laki (41), berasal dari Indonesia.
Dalam surat tersebut tidak disebutkan identitas atau status peran pelaku lain sebagai penerima muara transferan uang dari si korban S seperti penerima transfer di rekening SZ.
Menurutnya bahwa ketiga terdakwa tersebut hanya sebagai tumbal.
“Saya manusia biasa, IRT, ungkaplah fakta- fakta yang sebenarnya, yang saya alami dari kasus ini bahwa keadilan sangat jauh kepada saya, terutama yang menjadi pertanyaan dasar kemana Siti Zakiah dan Oliver sampai saat ini, sementara ke – 3 terdakwa sudah dilakukan penahanan ,” ucap korban kepada media saat diwawancarai pada jumat Sore hari (10/11/2023).
Berdasarkan pernyataan korban bahwa beliau sudah banyak mengeluarkan uang dari kasus yang dialaminya, baik kepada pihak Kepolisian, maupun ke pihak Pengacara.
Si Korban berharap agar dia bisa mendapatkan keadilan sebagai warga negara Indonesia untuk membuka fakta seterang-terangnya, tentang O dan SZ. S juga berharap agar nama yang disebutkan diatas ada etikad baiknya.
S berharap kepada pihak APH agar terus berbaik hatilah kepada korban, lindungin korban, jaga korban, karena S adalah korban itu sendiri.
