YUTELNEWS.com | Sidang pemanggilan saksi S (50), warga Kota Batam terkait korban penipuan yang harus dilaksanakan di Pengadilan Negeri Batam tertunda. Sidang kedua dengan nomor perkara 784/Pid.B/2023/PN Btm, Kamis (16/11/2023).
Dalam surat pemanggilan tertulis pada Selasa (14/11/2023) pukul 13.00 WIB. Saksi S telah datang di lokasi sekitar pukul 12.30 WIB untuk menunggu proses datangnya sidang.
Pukul 13.00 WIB sidang masih belum dimulai, tetapi acara sidang lain dengan perkara lain terus dilaksanakan.
Masih di lokasi, Saksi S terus menunggu sidang perkara Tangki 1000 masih berlanjut sampai malam belum juga selesai. Akhirnya saksi S memutuskan untuk pulang ke rumah karena merasa lelah menunggu sidang yang tak kunjung dimulai.
Ketika dikonfirmasi oleh awak media melalui WhatsApp terkait tertundanya sidang, Saksi S tidak bisa memberi komentar.
“Untuk ini saya tidak komen, untuk kapan sidang lagi saya belum tau, karena saya hanya tunggu surat dari jaksa saja” jawabnya melalui WhatsApp. Kamis (16/11/2023), pukul 19.30 WIB.
Awak media menduga pada sidang tersebut ada kesalahan penulisan waktu mulainya sidang. Karena surat yang dikirim oleh Jaksa ke Saksi dituliskan pukul 13.00 WIB sementara di SIPP PN Batam di jadwalkan pukul 20.00 WIB.
