Bahas Persiapan Pemilu, Kejati Sulsel Hadir dalam Dialog Interaktif

YUTLENEWS.com | Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Selatan Leonard Eben Ezer Simanjuntak menyapa masyarakat Sulawesi Selatan melalui dialog interaktif pada acara Jaksa Menyapa Program Suara Publik RRI Nusantara 4 Makassar frekuensi 94,4 FM di jalan Riburane No. 3 Kota Makassar. Adapun Tema kegiatan Jaksa Menyapa kali ini yaitu “Kesiapan Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Selatan Menghadapi Pemilu 2024”, Kamis (30/6) pulul (16.00) wita.

Irsan sangat terharu selaku pemandu acara melihat kedatangan Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Selatan Leonard Eben Ezer Simanjuntak di studio, dengan penuh semangat Irsan memperkenalkan kepada para pendengar PRO 94,4 FM MAKASSAR bahwa tamunya saat ini adalah seorang tokoh yang sangat special utamanya dikalangan Penegak Hukum.

Ditanya mengenai  pandangan serta kesiapan Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Selatan menghadapi Pemilu serentak tahun 2024 ?

Leonard Eben Ezer Simanjuntak mengatakan bahwa pemilu merupakan sarana pelaksanaan kedaulatan rakyat yang dilaksanakan secara langsung, umum, bebas, rahasia, jujur, dan adil dalam Negara Kesatuan Indonesia berdasarkan Pancasila dan Undang-undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia 1945.

Untuk mendukung pelaksanaan pemilu sesuai amanat Undang-Undang tersebut, maka terdapat arahan Jaksa Agung dalam mendukung pemilu yang demokratis tersebut yaitu :

1. Antisipasi Black Campaign, Penanganan laporan pengaduan dugaan tindak pidana korupsi yang melibatkan calon presiden dan wakil presiden, calon anggota legislatif, serta calon kepala daerah perlu dilakukan secara cermat dan hati-hati.

2. Antisipasi Penegakan Hukum sebagai Alat Politik Praktis, Menunda proses pemeriksaan terhadap pihak Calon Presiden dan Wakil Presiden, Calon Anggota Legislatif dan Calon Kepala daerah, baik dalam tahap penyelidikan maupun penyidikan sejak ditetapkan dalam pencalonan sampai selesainya seluruh rangkaian proses dan tahapan pemilihan.

3. Menghilangkan Silo Mentality antar Lembaga, Melakukan langkah strategis dan Koordinasi kelembagaan pada setiap tingkatan dalam mendukung Penyelenggaraan Pemilu yang Demokratis.

Dalam menghadapi pemilu Tahun 2024 Leonard Eben Ezer Simanjuntak menekankan perlunya Langkah antisipasi oleh semua pihak terhadap potensi kerawanan di sulawesi selatan yaitu “Kecurangan dan Kerusuhan” semua elemen yang bertanggungjawab dalam proses pelaksanaan Pemilu perlu memikirkan tentang potensi kecurangan dan kerusuhan tersebut. “Kenapa ? karena kecurangan ini disebabkan adanya keperpihakan. Siapa itu ? Oknum Penyelenggara Pemilu dan Penyelenggara Negara, Oknum ASN dan Kecurangan Pemilu itu dapat dilakukan oleh Oknum Penegak Hukum seperti TNI, Polri termasuk Kejaksaan. Olehnya itu Leonard Eben Ezer Simanjuntak secara tegas telah menyampaikan kepada seluruh jajaran diwilayah kerjanya untuk menjaga Netralitas ASN pada Pemilu 2024, ujarnya.

Lanjut,  Kajati Sulsel Leonard Eben Ezer Simanjuntak mengungkapkan bahwa ada 4 bidang di Kejaksaan akan bekerja maksimal mengawal pemilu serentak ini yaitu :

1. Bidang Intelijen. Apa yang dilakukan yaitu pemetaan potensi ancaman, gangguan, hambatan, dan tantangan (AGHT), melakukan langkah-langkah strategis, dan melakukan koordinasi dengan para stakeholders, membentuk Posko Pemantau Pemilu dan Pemilukada Tahun 2024 disetiap Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri dan Cabang Kejaksaan Negeri di Sulawesi Selatan dan melakukan kegiatan penyuluhan dan penerangan hukum terkait Pemilu.

2. Bidang Pidana Khusus dimana bidang ini terbuka untuk laporan pengaduan dugaan Tindak Pidana Korupsi yang melibatkan para calon seperti suap menyuap dan perbuatan curang dengan penyelenggara pemilu.

3. Bidang Pidana Umum berperan untuk membantu untuk menyelesaikan delik pemilu yang akan menjadi fokus pembahasan di sentra Gakkumdu (Bawaslu, Kepolisian dan Kejaksaan) selanjutnya menentukan Subjek Hukum yang berpotensi sebagai pelaku delik Pemilu.

4. Bidang Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara, hal ini penting juga menjadi perhatian kita sebab kemungkinan adanya gugatan sengketa pemilu, dan penyelenggara pemilu, katanya.

Sebagai penutup dialog Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Selatan Leonard Eben Ezer Simanjuntak menekankan perlunya peningkatan kualitas penanganan dan diseminasi serta mitigasi dari penyelenggara pemilu & penyelenggara negara dalam menghadapi potensi kerawanan pemilu di wilayah sulawesi selatan, pungkasnya.
