YUTELNEWS.com | Sebanyak tiga anggota Kepolisian Resort Kota (Polresta) Bandung dipecat secara tidak hormat dalam upacara pada Senin (4/12/2023). Upacara Pemberhentian Tidak Dengan Hormat (PTHD) tersebut dipimpin langsung oleh Kapolresta Bandung Kombes Pol Kusworo Wibowo.
Ketiga anggota polisi tersebut adalah Briptu AH anggota Polresta Bandung, Briptu RM anggota Polsek Cimenyan, Brigadir RK polsek Pangalengan. “Ada tiga rekan kita yang terpaksa harus kita pecat, Briptu RM terlibat narkoba, Brigadir RK narkoba dan Briptu AH itu disersi,” ujarnya ditemui di Mapolresta Bandung.
Pemecatan ketiga polisi tersebut telah tercantum dalam Perpol Nomor 7 Tahun 2022. “Jelas mana-mana yang masuk kode etik polri yang bisa dipecat dan atas nama institusi supaya semua anggota kita paham, bahwa ketika berbuat tidak baik, berbuat pelanggaran itu ada sanksinya dan bisa dipecat,” terangnya. Kedua anggota polisi yang terlibat kasus narkoba tersebut, kata Kusworo, sudah divonis pidana sebagai pengedar. Sementara Briptu AH itu merupakan anggota yang disersi, setelah 7 tahun tak berdinas di kepolisian.
“Dengan ancaman hukuman vonis hukumannya lima tahun. Satu lagi disersi udah tujuh tahun kabur dari Polri,” bebernya.
Kusworo menambahkan, apa yang dilakukannya merupakan bentuk keseriusan lembaga Polri dalam menegakan kedisiplinan anggotanya.
“Kalau dia ringan, bisa dia teguran lisan, atau teguran tertulis, atau diberikan kurungan penempatan khusus. Tapi jika melakukan pelanggarannya sudah berulang-ulang, dan sudah mencoreng nama baik Polri, dan bisa takutnya menular virus negatifnya ke yang lain. Maka kita pecat, kita PTDH pensiun dengan tidak hormat,” tambahnya.
Tidak hanya memberhentikan tiga anggotanya, dalam upacara tersebut, Kusworo memberikan 18 penghargaan kepada anggotanya yang berprestasi. “Organisasi yang baik adalah organisasi yang melihat dan menyikapi anggota yang baik dan kurang baik. Yang baik diberi penghargaan, agar memotivasi yang lainnya agar semuanya jadi baik. Sedangkan yang kurang baik diberikan punisment sesuai dengan bobot pelanggarannya yang telah disidangkan,” jelasnya.(Selasa 05/12/23).
