YUTELNEWS.com | Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kabupaten Rokan Hilir (Rohil) mulai mendistribusikan logistik Pemilu 2024 ke kecamatan, Sabtu (10/2/2024). Logistik akan digunakan saat pencoblosan di tempat pemungutan suara (TPS) pada Rabu, 14 Februari 2024.
Pelepasan pendistribusian logistik dilakukan dari gudang KPU Rohil di Gedung Olahraga (Gor) Batu Enam, Jalan Perkantoran Batu Enam, Kepenghuluan Batang Punak Meranti, Kecamatan Bangko.
Asisten I Setdakab Rohil Ferry H Parya memimpin pelepasan logistik, didampingi Kapolres Rohil, AKBP Andrian Pramudianto, Ketua KPU Rohil Supriyanto, dan Dandim 0321/Rohil, Letkol Kav Nugraha Yudha Prawiranegara.
“Logistik pemilu yang didistribusikan berupa kotak suara Pemilu 2024. Kita kerahkan anggota untuk melakukan pengawalan distribusi hingga logistik sampai ke tempat penyimpanan,” ujar Andrian.
Andrian mengatakan, distribusi logistik tahap pertama ini diperuntukkan ke enam kecamatan. Setiap kecamatan dikawal oleh sejumlah anggota kepolisian berseragam lengkap.
Enam kecamatan itu adalah Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah Raya dengan logistik yang dikirim 300 kotak suara untuk 60 TPS, Simpang Kanan 420 kota suara untuk 84 TPS.
Kemudian Kecamatan Pujud 445 kotak suara untuk 89 TPS, Balai Jaya 800 kotak suara untuk 160 TPS, Bagan Sinembah 910 kotak suara untum 182 TPS dan Tanjung Medan 540 kotak suara untuk 108 TPS.
“Total logistik yang bergeser pada kelompok pertama sebanyak 3.619 kotak suara. Logistik itu dibawa dengan 35 unit Cold Diesel,” jelas Andrian.
Sesampai di kecamatan, logistik itu di jemput oleh Panitia Pemilihan Kecamatan (PPK) dan Panwascam kecamatan. “Untuk proses pengawalan dilakukan kapolsek dan personel di wilayah masing-masing,” kata Andrian.
Selanjutkan logistik pemilu akan disimpan di kantor PPK kecamatan, sebelum didistribusikan ke Panitia Pemungutan Suara (PPS) masing masing sesuai jadwal telah ditentukan.
“Pendistribusian selanjutnya untuk kelompok 2 dan 3 akan dilaksanakan tanggal 11 dan 12 Februari 2024. Dengan sistem pengawalan dan penjemputan yang sama,” pungkas Andrian.
