YUTELNEWS.com | Pontianak Kalbar – Kasipenkum Kejati Kalbar I Wayan Gedin Arianta menyampaikan perkembangan proses penanganan kasus dugaan korupsi dana hibah untuk pembangunan rumah sekolah dan masjid di Pontianak pada Senin, 19 Februari 2024.
Menurut I Wayan Gedin Arianta, proses penanganan kasus tersebut masih dalam proses penyelidikan dan kasusnya masih terus berjalan dan masih dalam proses pengumpulan data.
“Penanganan kasus dugaan korupsi dana hibah untuk pembangunan rumah sekolah dan masjid di Pontianak masih dalam proses penyelidikan,” ujar Arianta kepada sejumlah wartawan Senin, 19 Februari 2024.
Arianta menambahkan, jika nanti ada perkembangan dalam penyelidikan, maka akan digelar rilis kepada publik. “Jika nanti ada perkembangan lebih lanjut akan kami sampaikan kepada publik,” ujarnya.
Sebelumnya diberitakan, Menteri Dalam Negeri (Mendagri) Tito Karnavian diminta tak melantik Syarif Kamaruzaman sebagai Penjabat (Pj) Bupati Kubu Raya. Sebab, Syarif diduga terlibat kasus.
“Kami datang ke kantor Kementerian Dalam Negeri untuk meminta Pak Tito Karnavian dan juga Presiden Joko Widodo agar tak melantik yang namanya Syarif Kamaruzaman,” ujar Koordinator Corong Rakyat, Muhammad Reynal saat berunjuk rasa di depan kantor Kementerian Dalam Negeri, Jakarta, Jumat (16/2/2024).
“Kita tahu besok (Senin, 19 Februari 2024) akan dilantik sebagai Pj Bupati Kubu Raya karena sebelumnya ada dugaan korupsi yang melibatkan dia,” imbuhnya.
Dugaan korupsi ini yaitu terkait dana hibah yang digunakan untuk pembangunan masjid dan sekolah di Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. Kasus ini masih didalami Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Kalimantan Barat (Kalbar). Syarif diduga terlibat, lantaran menjabat Ketua Yayasan Masjid Raya Mujahidin, yayasan yang menaungi masjid dan sekolah itu.
“Dimana dana hibah yang seharusnya diperuntukkan sebagaimana mestinya sesuai undang-undang yang berlaku, tetapi kita tahu Syarif Kamaruzaman ini diduga menyalahgunakan anggaran dana hibah tersebut yang diperuntukkan untuk pembangunan masjid dan sekolah swasta di Kalimantan Barat,” papar Reynal.
“Selain itu ada juga pembangunan ruko itu dikomersialkan,” imbuhnya.
Atas itu, ia meminta Mendagri Tito Karnavian membatalkan rencana pelantikan Syarif yang kini menjabat Kepala Dinas Perindustrian dah Perdagangan Provinsi Kalimantan Barat tersebut. Ini demi berjalannya pemerintahan yang baik dan bersih.
“Jangan sampai pejabat-pejabat di republik ini melakukan hal yang sama sehingga langkah-langkah konkret harus ditegakkan. Agar pejabat di republik ini bersih dari korupsi, kolusi dan nepotisme,” papar Reynal.
“(Kalau Syarif tetap dilantik) Maka kami akan turun lagi membawa massa yang lebih dari ini,” sambungnya.
