YUTELNews.com | Sumbar kabupaten limapuluh kota Sprindik (Surat Perintah Penyidikan) Nomor Print 05/L.03.12.6/Fd.1/10/2022 tanggal 3 November 2022 merupakan hasil gelar perkara yang dilaksanakan di Kejari Payakumbuh terkait dugaan tindak pidana korupsi pembangunan jembatan Jorong Lombah, Nagari Sungai Rimbang, Kecamatan Suliki, Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota.
Sprindik diterbitkan Kejari Payakumbuh setelah Kacabjari (Kantor Cabang Kejaksaan Negeri) Suliki melakukan penyelidikan atas Laporan Masyarakat tanggal 1 September 2022 yang lalu.
Dugaan yang disangkakan atas Pembangunan Jorong Lombah adalah Pasal 2 dan 3 UU No.31 tahun 1999 Jo UU No.20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi.
1 tahun berlalu Penyidikan dugaan Korupsi Pembangunan Jembatan Lombah belum juga menetapkan siapa yang bertanggung jawab atas dugaan kerugian keuangan negara.
Beberapa tokoh masyarakat Nagari Sungai Rimbang sudah berulang kali mendatangi Kantor Cabang Kejaksaan Negeri Suliki untuk Menanyakan Proses Penyidikan yang sedang berlangsung.
“Hampir setahun kami belum melihat ada peningkatan penyidikan kasus dugaan Korupsi Jembatan Lombah, hampir-hampir putus asa kami menunggu kejelasan kasus ini,” ungkap We.
Pada kesempatan terpisah Kacabjari Suliki, Muslianto SH dalam keterangan kepada awak media, Kamis 26 Oktober via WA mengatakan,
“Proses Penyidikan kami lanjutkan dengan memeriksa 3 orang saksi (lagi), sebelumnya Jaksa Cabjari sudah menerbitkan Sprindik setelah melakukan Penyelidikan dan Pemeriksaan Saksi-saksi yang tertuang dalam Gelar Perkara” ungkapnya.
“Saat ini kami masih menunggu Perhitungan Kerugian Keuangan Negara oleh Ahli” tutupnya.
Selanjutnya Muslianto menambahkan bahwa Cabjari Suliki akan menetapkan Siapa Pelaku (Tersangka?) setelah keluar hasil Perhitungan Kerugian Negara.
Terkait terbitnya Sprindik tanpa tersangka, Muslianto menjawabnya begini, “Sesuai KUHAP boleh Sprindik terbit tanpa Tersangka, kecuali OTT (Operasi Tangkap Tangan),” bebernya.
Lanjut, “Didalam proses penyidikan itulah kami akan membuat terang perkara sembari mencari Pelakunya” imbuhnya.
“Jadi, ditunggu saja prosesnya dan dapat kami pastikan bahwa progres perkara tetap berlanjut,” pungkasnya.
Pembangunan Jembatan Lombah bersumber dari Dana Desa (DD) Nagari Sungai Rimbang Kecamatan Suliki Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota TA 2021 senilai lebih kurang Rp 523.000.000.
