Pasalnya, Kepala Sekolah SMPN 8 Alasa, enggan bertemu dengan Ketua, sekretaris dan beserta kawan-kawan lainnya dari DPC LSM KCBI dan juga beberapa teman-teman dari Media, padahal ingin bertemu dengan Kepala sekolah SMP Negeri 8 Alasa, an, Monika Masnita Lahagu, S.Pd. guna mempertanyakan perihal dugaan pungutan liar (Pungli) Uang seragam OSIS, Uang ANBK, Uang Sukarela dan Uang Osis, baik pada tahun 2022 maupun di tahun 2023.

Efori Zendarato menduga bahwa Pungli itu benar adanya, sehingga kepala SMP Negeri 8 Alasa tidak ingin bertemu dengan LSM dan pers.

” Sebagai Kontrol Sosial, Kami DPC LSM KCBI Kabupaten Nias Utara, Sengaja turun ke lapangan dan mendatangi SMP Negeri 8 Alasa Kabupaten Nias Utara, yang diduga melakukan Pungli Uang Seragam, uang ANBK, Uang Sukarela dan uang OSIS. Hal ini untuk meluruskan tentang laporan masyarakat atau Orang tua siswa/siswi dugaan pungutan liar ( Pungli) di sekolah SMP Negeri 8 Alasa.

Sayangnya, saat kami datang pertama, Kepala Sekolah SMP Negeri 8 Alasa, tidak ada di Sekolah, yang ada hanya Wakil Kepala Sekolah An. Selius Hulu dan beberapa Guru Honorer lainnya,

Kita mencoba menanyakan kepada wakil kepala SMP 8 Alasa, “dimana keberadaan kepala sekolahnya, namun jawabnya belum masuk pak, “Kita tanya lagi, apa benar isu atau laporan dari orang tua siswa/i tentang pungutan yang dilakukan disekolah ini pak, ianya menjawab Kami tidak tau pak, kalau mau tau tanya sama Kepala Sekolah aja,” tegasnya.”

“Lanjut kita tanyakan lagi Siapa Bendahara Sekolahnya pak, Ia jawab tidak ada, Bendahara Sekolahnya langsung kepala Sekolahnya pak, “Ujarnya”

“Kita dari DPC LSM KCBI bersama teman-teman dari Jurnalis RRI dan Pers, kembali mendatangi SMP Negeri 8 Alasa untuk konfirmasi tentang dugaan publim tetapi tidak ada kepala sekolah dilokasi, “kita Coba tanya kepada Guru Honorer yang ada di situ, “Bu kepala Sekolahnya ada Bu,

“Ianya Jawab tadi ada pak, tapi saya tidak tau entah Udah pergi,

coba lihat aja dia tidak ada di kantor, benar dia tidak ada pak,”pungkasnya.”

“Ketua DPC LSM KCBI Kabupaten Nias Utara, menjelaskan apapun bentuk pungutan di sekolah tetap tidak diperbolehkan. Karena sangat bertentangan dengan Permendikbud RI Nomor 75 Tahun 2016 Tentang Komite Sekolah dan Permendikbud Nomor 44 Tahun 2012 Tentang Pungutan dan Sumbangan Biaya Pendidikan.

“Dalam Pasal 10 Ayat (1) dan (2) Permendikbud Nomor 75 Tahun 2016 berbunyi, Komite Sekolah melakukan penggalangan dana dan sumber daya pendidikan lainnya untuk melaksanakan fungsinya dalam memberikan dukungan tenaga, sarana dan prasarana, serta pengawasan pendidikan serta Penggalangan dana dan sumber daya pendidikan lainnya sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) berbentuk bantuan dan/atau sumbangan, bukan pungutan,”

“Sedangkan dalam Pasal 9 Ayat (1) Permendikbud Nomor 44 Tahun 2012 Tentang Pungutan dan Sumbangan Biaya Pendidikan berbunyi, satuan pendidikan dasar yang diselenggarakan oleh Pemerintah, dan/atau pemerintah daerah dilarang memungut biaya satuan pendidikan,” Pungkasnya.” Kepada Wartawan pada Hari Senin, 4 Desember 2023.
