YUTELNEWS.com | Seorang Nelayan asal Desa Sifahandro, Kecamatan Sawo, Kabupaten Nias Utara dikabarkan diterkam Ikan Hiu saat mencari Gurita di perairan laut antara Pulau Mouse dengan Pulau Wunga, Nias Utara, saat ini korban telah di rujuk ke Rumah Sakit dr Thomsen Nias di Gunungsitoli. Jumat (08/12/2023).
Video nelayan yang diterkam Ikan Hiu ini sempat viral di grup pribadi sarana media sosial, dengan cuplikan foto-foto seorang nelayan penuh luka terkaman ikan hiu pun ikut beredar. Identitas pasien ini diketahui bernisial YH, laki-laki umur 34 tahun, warga Desa Sifahandro Kecamatan Sawo Kabupaten Nias Utara.
Dari informasi yang dihimpun, korban sempat dievakuasi dan dibawa ke Puskesmas Lahewa untuk menjalani perawatan dan selanjutnya dirujuk ke RSUD Thomsen Nias di Gunungsitoli.
Kepala Puskesmas Lahewa Kabupaten Nias Utara, Agustini Lase yang dikonfirmasi beberapa wartawan membenarkan bahwa ada satu pasien merupakan seorang nelayan yang diterkam ikan hiu sempat ditangani dipuskesmas lahewa.
“Iya benar ada satu orang pasien merupakan seorang nelayan sempat kami tangani di puskesmas tadi pagi, dari informasinya pasien tersebut digigit atau diterkam ikan hiu, memang ada sejumlah luka bekas gigitan binatang buas ditubuh pasien yang tidak beraturan, bahkan jari kelingkingnya lepas,” jelas Agustini.
Ditambahkannya, karena luka yang cukup serius disejumlah bagian tubuh pasien, maka pihak puskesmas hanya bisa memberikan pelayanan pertolongan darurat saja, dan seterusnya telah dirujuk ke Rumah Sakit dr Thomsen Nias di Guningsitoli.
Sementara Ama Subu Harefa abang kandung korban yang ditemui di ruang IGD RSUD dr. M. Thomsen Nias, Jumat (8/12) malam menuturkan pada pagi hari dia bersama adiknya Yatani Harefa alias Ama Ica serta dua orang nelayan lainnya berangkat menuju perairan antara pulau Mouse dengan Pulau Wunga menggunakan perahun mesin untuk mencari gurita.
Sesampai di tempat biasa mereka mencari gurita, korban bersama dua orang nelayan lainnya turun dari perahu untuk menyelam mencari gurita sedangkan Ama Subu tetap berada diatas perahu.
Tidak lama setelah itu terdengar suara seperti ikan besar yang membantingkan ekornya, disaat itulah Ama Subu melihat korban telah diterkam ikan hiu. Beruntung korban masih bisa menyelamatkan diri dan naik ke permukaan laut sambil minta tolong kepada abangnya.
