Hanya selang beberapa waktu mobil pemadam kebakaran kota payakumbuh dan kab 50 kota tiba di lokasi dan berusaha memadamkan api, sekira 1 jam api dapat di padamkan oleh tim Damkar, sebanyak 4 unit pemadam kebakaran dari Kota Payakumbuh dan 1 unit pemadam kebakaran dari Kab 50 Kota.

Informasi dilapangan asal mula api berasal dari arus pendek listrik konsleting tidak ada korban jiwa.

Kejadian kebakaran kerugian yang dialami serma syarial sekitar Rp. 350.000.000.-
