Luxman Jaya Harefa Sekdis Dukcapil Nias Utara, Terima Penghargaan Sebagai PNS Berprestasi

YUTELNews.com | Bertempat di Halaman Kantor Bupati, Pemerintah Kabupaten Nias Utara, Menyerahkan Piagam Penghargaan kepada 6 Orang PNS Berprestasi dan PNS Teladan.

Pantauan awak media ini, diantara ke 6 PNS yang menerima penghargaan dari Pemkab Nias Utara itu, Sekretaris Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil, Luxman Jaya Harefa, Mendapatkan Piagam penghargaan Sebagai PNS Berprestasi.

Penyerahan piagam penghargaan kepada 6 Orang PNS itu dilaksanakan pada hari Senin 23 Oktober 2023, oleh Wakil Bupati Nias Utara Yusman Zega A.pi,M.pi pada Upacara Bendera Merah Putih.

Pada Arahannya Wakil Bupati Nias Utara, menyampaikan ucapan selamat kepada ke 6 Orang PNS Nias Utara, yang pada hari ini menerima piagam penghargaan baik sebagai PNS Berprestasi maupun PNS Teladan. Kiranya hal ini di pertahankan dan di tingkatkan dimasa yang akan datang. Dan kepada seluruh PNS yang lain juga termotivasi untuk melaksanakan melakukan yang terbaik agar kedepan, juga mendapatkannya.

” Prestasi dapat diraih karna ketekunan dan kerja keras sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang baik yang tentunya didukung dengan kerjasama yang baik dengan seluruh tim kerja, keteladan juga di lihat dari sisi kedisiplinan dan etos kerja serta etika yang baik, komitmen dan integritas seorang PNS dalam melaksanakan tugas sehari-harinya, baik dari sisi berpakaian maupun attitude sebagai seorang PNS, serta berharap semoga yang meraih prestasi dan menjadi teladan untuk dijadikan sebagai motivasi sebagai pendorong untuk PNS lainnya,”Tuturnya.

“Kepada PNS yang meraih Prestasi dan Teladan Wakil Bupati berharap untuk mempertahankan karena ASN Teladan dan Berprestasi Tahun ini, menjadi perhatian seluruh ASN dilingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Nias Utara sehingga harus di tingkatkan dan terus diasah kemampuannya dalam menciptakan inovasi-inovasi baru kedepan karena kepribadian anda menjadi pendorong bagi ASN lainnya,” Pungkasnya.

Adapun ASN yang Berprestasi dan Teladan tahun ini berdasarkan Peraturan Bupati Nomor 35 Tahun 2022 tentang pedoman pemberian penghargaan kepada PNS, Luxman Jaya Harefa, S.Pd,MM (Sekdis Disdukcapil) Sebagai PNS Berprestasi, Ya’aro Nazara, SE,MM (Camat Lotu) Sebagai PNS Teladan, Minatalina Nazara, AMK, SKM (Sekban Kesbangpol) Sebagai PNS Teladan, Dili Timoria Simanjuntak, S.Sos, M.Ap ( BKD Kab. Nias Utara) Sebagai PNS Teladan, Zulkarnain Harefa, S.Ip (Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip) Sebagai PNS Teladan, Adrianus Telaumbanua (Dinas PUPR) Sebagai PNS Teladan.
