YUTELNEWS.com | Banda Aceh – Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (Polri) menegaskan video yang beredar di media sosial yang menyebut ketidaknetralan Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo dalam pemilu 2024 adalah informasi yang menyesatkan atau hoax.
Dalam video tersebut dinyatakan bahwa Kapolri memerintahkan Dirbinmas Polda jajaran tanpa surat telegram rahasia (STR) dan hanya melalui telepon ke para Kapolda.
Kapolri disebut memerintahkan untuk mengerahkan fungsi binmas Polri sebagai instrumen pemenangan pemilu. Sistem door to door sistem oleh bhabinkamtibmas tidak dapat digunakan lagi dan diperintahkan untuk mengerahkan da’i kambtibmas untuk memanfaatkan sarana ibadah sebagai wadah pengelolaan dan pemastian untuk salah satu paslon.
Selain itu, Kapolri disebut juga meminta agar mengontrol para da’i kamtibmas dengan menyediakan masing-masing satu perangkat handphone baru dengan nomor simcard luar negeri dan modem mobile internet.
Lalu meminta bantuan dana dari para pengusaha BUJP (Badan Usaha Jasa Pengamanan) yang merupakan kolega Direktorat Binmas wilayah masing-masing.
Kepala Divisi Humas Polri Irjen Pol Sandi Nugroho menyatakan bahwa informasi yang beredar adalah menyesatkan atau hoax.
“Bahwa terkait informasi tersebut tidak benar atau hoax dan sejak minggu yang lalu di media sosial juga Polri sudah berikan keterangan tertanda Hoax,” kata Sandi dalam keterangan tertulisnya,
Sandi menuturkan, masyarakat diminta tidak memercayai informasi yang beredar di media sosial tanpa mengecek terlebih dahulu.
Dalam kesempatan ini, Sandi menegaskan, Polri akan tetap netral menjaga pelaksanaan Pemilu 2024 berjalan aman, damai dan bermartabat.
