YUTELNews.com | Langsa – Petugas Polsek Langsa Timur Polres Langsa mengamankan satu orang diduga pelaku curat (pencurian dengan pemberatan) kendaraan dump truk Mitsubishi Colt Diesel warna kuning BL-8698-DB, di Jalan Banda Aceh-Medan, Gampong Kampung Sungai Lueng, Kec.Langsa Timur, Kota Langsa, Kamis (26/10/2023).

Pelaku yang diamankan berinisial MS (18) warga Gampong Kappa, Kec.Langsa Timur, Kota Langsa.

Kapolres Langsa AKBP Muhammadun,S.H melalui Kapolsek Langsa Timur Iptu Aulia Budiman,S.H,M.H menerangkan kejadian berawal pada Selasa, 24 Oktober 2023, sekitar pukul 13.30 WIB, Zaki Iswara memarkirkan Dum truk Mitsubishi Colt Diesel warna kuning Nopol BL-8698-DB milik Syafrizal (52) warga Kampung Geudubang Jawa, Kecamatan Langsa Baro, Kota Langsa, yang pada saat itu Zaki Iswara makan siang di salah satu warung makan setelah selesai memuat batu base di bak dum truk menunggu antrian keluar dengan kunci dum truk tersebut masih melekat di sarang kontak kunci,”sebut Kapolsek.

Kemudian pada hari, bulan, tanggal dan tahun yang sama yaitu pada hari Selasa tanggal 24 Oktober 2023 sekira pukul 13.40 wib Zaki Iswara di telpon oleh saudara saksi Adi (40), warga Gampong Cinta Raja, Kecamatan Langsa Timur, Kota Langsa menanyakan mengapa Dum truk mengarah ke arah Jalan Medan dan bukan Zaki Iswara yang bawa, mengetahui hal tersebut Zaki Iswara langsung keluar dari warung makan dan melihat keluar bahwa benar Dum Truk yang dikemudikannya sudah tidak ada lagi dimana awal di parkirkannya,” terang Iptu Aulia Budiman.

Selanjutnya Zaki Iswara mengejar Dum Truk yang di curi tersebut ke arah yang telah di infokan awal oleh saudara Adi mengarah ke Jalan Medan dan pada saat sampai di Jalan Banda Aceh Medan Gampong Sungai Lueng, Kecamatan Langsa Timur, Kota Langsa terlihat lah Dum Truk tersebut yang di curi kemudian di berhentikan dan yang awalnya pelaku MS tidak memberhentikan laju Dum Truk dan berselang beberapa puluh meter barulah pelalu MS memberhentikan dum truk yang di curinya tersebut dan terjadilah pertengkaran antara Zaki Iswara dan pelaku MS,” ungkap Kapolsek Langsa Timur

Bertepatan dengan pertengkaran antara Zaki Iswara dengan pelaku MS lewatlah personil Polsek Langsa Timur lengkap dengan anggota unit Reskrim yang di Pimpin oleh Kapolsek Langsa Timur Iptu Aulia Budiman,S.H,M.H yang sedang melaksanakan Patroli Cipta Kondisi Kamtibmas Kondusif menjelang Pemilu 2024 dan tim patroli langsung berhenti dan melerai perkelahian tersebut yang hampir juga terjadi pemukulan masa serta main hakim sendiri kepada pelaku MS, selanjutnya pelaku MS dan barang bukti kami bawa dan amankan ke Polsek Langsa Timur,” jelas Kapolsek.

Dan yang kemudian korban dalam hal ini saudara Syafrizal membuat Laporan Polisi dan mengalami kerugian materi sebesar Rp.250.000.000,-, serta atas perbuatan pelaku MS kita jerat dengan pasal 362 dengan ancaman hukuman selama maksimal 5 Tahun penjara, dan saat ini masih kita lakukan penyidikan di Polsek Langsa Timur yang nantinya akan kita Limpah ke Sat Reskrim Polres Langsa untuk tahap pengembangan perkara selanjutnya” tutup Kapolsek Langsa Timur Iptu Aulia Budiman,S.H,M.H.
